Dasherly is a tool that sends the messages you configure to the contacts you provide. You are solely responsible for who you contact, what you say, how often you message, and for complying with all applicable laws and the terms of service of every platform you operate on (including Instagram, X, Telegram and TikTok).
You must not use Dasherly to send or promote:
You must honour requests to stop messaging and must not contact people who have asked you not to. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process the contact data you upload, and for complying with applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws (such as GDPR/UK GDPR and the CAN-SPAM Act where they apply).
You must not configure Dasherly to deliberately evade platform protections in ways that endanger other users, nor use it to operate accounts you are not authorised to control. We provide human-paced sending, warming and per-account limits to encourage responsible use; you should set conservative limits and scale gradually.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity. Serious violations — such as illegal activity or abuse — may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
If you believe someone is misusing Dasherly, report it to [email protected].
